Let’s Have A Party!

Our Private Parties have no minimum guest count. However, we do need to cover time, so the base cost for a party is $200. That covers up to 5 painters. 

Parties of 6+ are a base cost of $35 per guest. That covers my time, and all the materials. Some party venues charge an additional cost, and that charge is worked into the cost of the party. 

If your group would like to get together for a GREAT time, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Parties last for about  2 1/2 hours, but can run longer if the piece is very complex, or the painters are socializing, sipping and laughing more than painting. That’s fine with me. I block out 4 hours for my parties to accommodate set-up, clean up, and making sure YOU don’t feel rushed. If you are on a time crunch, let me know, and I’ll be sure to hustle our group along.

Although everyone paints the same thing at the same time, each person has their own unique style. The results are amazing. 

Ready To Get Started?

Click on the Party Request form. Fill it out and click “SUBMIT”.
Kimberly will reach out to ensure we have a venue secured, and discuss any additional details, like potential venue rental costs or schedule conflict. A live link to your party page will be sent to you within 2 business days (though typically a few hours) so that you may forward to your guests, enabling super easy registration!

CHOOSING YOUR PAINTING:  

It’s best to secure your spot quickly and figure out the painting later should you be undecided. Feel free to peruse not only our Gallery, but Class Photos and our Facebook page for your painting, as there will be works represented that are not in our current Gallery rotation. 

CUSTOM PAINTINGS:

Yes! I can, and do! Contact me for details; a $40 custom work charge may apply.

Private Parties can be held just about any date and time based on availability.

COST & PAYMENT:

1-5 guests: $200 Flat Fee
6+ painters: $35 per person

Kimberly is a mobile Paint Party Instructor. This means I come to you! I have have multiple businesses I work with regularly, but I also do in home and in office parties. Some of my most popular locations are:

DOOR TICKETS:

Guests may pay at the door as long as I know, in advance, that they are coming. I only bring supplies for the expected head count, so be sure to let me know if there are attendees that are not registering online. Please update us if the expected number of guests changes; also, feel free to check in regarding party guest registrations. 

NO-SHOWS:

No-shows will not be entitled to any credit nor refund.

CAPACITY:

Varies by location. Typically about 20 person max, but more depending on selection. 

I provide your canvas, easel, brushes, paints, palette, apron and a great attitude to lead you through creating your own masterpiece!

CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds.

If you need to reschedule your party, you can do so without any additional fee. Should you need to cancel, I will hold your party credit, equal to the amount paid, for at least 12 months. Paid guests’ tickets will be held as credit to be used within 12 months.
